Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate

GOOD MORNING FRIENDS.

ESR, or Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, is a medical test that measures how much inflammation occurs throughout your body. A high lymphocyte count indicates an increase in white blood cells.
You need to consult your doctor to get the cause diagnosed for proper treatment. However, there are certain dietary and lifestyle changes you can adopt in your daily life to treat it naturally.

Dietary Tips:
• Take Omega-3 fatty acids, found in the oil of fatty fish.
• Consume Olive oil in your diet.
• Take Foods high in antioxidants like avocados, carrots, peppers, grapes, kale, tomatoes, cruciferous vegetables, mushrooms, raspberries, garlic, turmeric, nuts, figs, soy products, rosemary, sweet potatoes, etc.
• Avoid food that is high in saturated fatty acids or trans-fats.
• Avoid simple refined sugars.
• Use certain Herbs in your diet like Ginger, Turmeric, Cayenne, Oregano, Basil Leaves, Garlic and White Willow Bark.
• Consume about 2 liters of water daily.

Lifestyle Tips:
• Exercise Regularly – atleast 20 to 30 minutes of physical activity daily. 
• Take adequate Sleep of 7 to 9 hours.
